Maicon Martins is a seasoned IT and customer service professional with more than 20 years of expertise spanning artificial intelligence, project management, process optimization, technical support, and systems implementation. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered transformative solutions across financial services, insurance, credit, and telecommunications sectors. Notably, he played a pivotal role in large-scale projects such as implementing, integrating, and migrating Brazil’s major bank mergers—contributing to efficiency, stability, and innovation in critical operations.

In addition to his industry leadership, Maicon is deeply invested in education and knowledge sharing. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership in the United States, he serves as a professor at his institution and has also contributed as a graduate assistant.
