Submissions must follow the IEEE conference paper format (max. 8 pages).
All papers must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore, Scopus, and Web of Science.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
